The Bachelor of Science – Medical Laboratory Science degree program is designed to enhance a student’s career opportunities and improve opportunities for advancement by providing a diverse and well-rounded curriculum of general education and laboratory science studies. Students will gain a greater understanding of the role of laboratory science in health care operations.

Students in this program learn to prepare, analyze and evaluate the results of blood and body fluid specimens in the areas of chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, flow cytometry and urinalysis analysis using manual, automated and computerized laboratory equipment.
