Our goal is to have our students leave satisfied with their experience and fully prepared to enter the workforce. Students and alumni of Brookline College may request an official or unofficial transcript of their academic courses and credentials earned.

Students and alumni of Brookline College may request an official or unofficial transcript of their academic courses and credentials earned.
To request an official transcript, visit the Parchment transcript request portal above and complete your order. E-transcripts cost $5 and paper transcripts cost $15 in addition to shipping fees. Once submitted you will receive a confirmation email that your request was received and processed successfully.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to get my transcripts?
Orders through Parchment can be expedited, but typical processing time is 24 hours if sent electronically. For orders prior to 2013 graduation year, transcript processing is between 5-7 calendar days.
What’s the difference between an official and unofficial transcript?
Official transcripts bear the seal and signature of the Registrar and is a complete representation of a student’s academic record. They are delivered in a sealed envelope and if tampered with are deemed un-official. Unofficial transcripts do not contain an institutions seal or registrar’s signature and are issued are issued for student use only.
Do I have to pay to receive transcripts?
Transcripts ordered through parchment are $5 for E-transcripts and $15 for paper transcripts. For paper transcripts there may be additional fees for shipping and handling.
Do my transcripts list courses I transferred from other institutions?
If the courses were approved for credit granting, the Brookline course equivalent will appear on the transcript.
How do I get a course description for a course listed on my transcript request?
Course descriptions appear in the Brookline College catalog located on the college website. For courses or programs that have been taught out or that no longer appear in the current catalog version, please reach out directly to the campus registrar.
Can a third party request transcripts on behalf of a student?
Due to education privacy laws, requests for transcripts need to be initiated directly by the student.
Where can I get my transcripts if I graduates from the GED program at Brookline College?
If you are a graduate of the GED program at Brookline College, you will need to request your transcripts from the State of Arizona Adult Services. Please visit their website for more information.
